Stalin's bunker in Samara is one of the most intriguing museums. He did not know it for a long time, even the residents of nearby houses. It was built in 1942, at a depth of 37 meters. Declassified only in 1990.

October 15, 1941 the State Defense Committee issued a secret decree number 801ss "On the evacuation of Soviet capital of Moscow to the city of Kuibyshev." The second paragraph of this document speaks directly about Stalin - it was planned evacuation in case of emergency, "depending on the situation."
