Fragrant freshly brewed coffee is able to energize the whole day, warm in cold weather and lift your mood. Breakfast - and not only it - it becomes much nicer and tastier if you combine it with this drink.
But if you have become boring espresso and cappuccino, we offer 6 recipes, how to cook unusual coffee.

1. Coffee "Oflameron" (recipe 1901)
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 h. L. coffee (bitter variety, fine grinding);
1 tbsp. l. semi-dry champagne;
100 ml (half a cup) of water;
a pinch of vanilla.
Cooking method:
Dissolve in a small amount of water vanilla. Pour water into a Turk. Teaspoon vanilla dip in a mixture of the same and take coffee spoon. Pour the coffee in Turku and cook over a moderate heat. Once formed foam, add the coffee champagne. Keep Turk on fire until until there is a strong foam, it can be considered then that the coffee is ready. Serve the drink in a small cup.

2. "Magic coffee"
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 cup of brewed coffee;
1 h. L. cinnamon;
1/2 h. L. nutmeg;
2 h. L. evaporated milk;
1 h. L. cocoa;
1 h. L. ground almonds.
Cooking method:
Boil coffee while adding cinnamon and nutmeg. Condensed milk and cocoa mix thoroughly together. In a cup pour polportsii brewed coffee, put to the resulting mass (condensed milk and cocoa) and mix. Add the remaining coffee into a cup. Sprinkle the ground almonds and serve.

3. Coffee in the east with chocolate
Ingredients (1 serving):
20-25 g of coffee beans;
50 g of dark chocolate;
100 g of the ice cream;
1/2 lemon;
1/4 h. L. salt;
sugar.
Cooking method:
Chop the chocolate chips to the state. Cut the lemon slices. The Turk put coffee and sugar, mash and pour boiling water. Add salt and bring to boil. Pour a teaspoon of water and distribute the coffee cups. Add a few teaspoons of cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve with lemon.

4. Coffee "Don Giovanni"
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 cup of brewed coffee;
1 tbsp. l. dark rum;
1 tbsp. l. coffee liqueur;
2 tbsp. l. cream;
2 h. L. grated chocolate.
Cooking method:
Pour into a glass of rum and ignite. Spin glass with burning liquid within a few seconds. Pour liquor, and then the hot coffee. Carefully, on the arm of a teaspoon, pour in the cream so that they remain on the surface of the drink. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve immediately.

5. Coffee in Swiss ice
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 cup of brewed coffee;
1/3 tiles of dark chocolate;
1 tbsp. l. heavy cream (30% fat content or more);
1/4 h. L. ground cinnamon;
ice.
Cooking method: Previously prepared coffee filter and leave to cool. Half of a small pan, fill with water and put on fire. Break the chocolate in a bowl. Once the water comes to a boil in a saucepan, put a bowl of chocolate on top. Melted chocolate in a water bath, remove from heat. Mix ground cinnamon, hot chocolate and coffee, let cool slightly. Whip the cream to the air condition. The thick-walled glass, place a couple of pieces of ice, pour coffee with chocolate, decorate with whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.

6. Breakfast coffee
Ingredients (1 serving):
60 g of ground coffee;
400 g water;
1 egg yolk;
rum;
4 h. L. Sahara;
cream.
Cooking method:
Make coffee, pour into cups and let cool slightly. Add the whipped egg yolk with the sugar and rum. Cream apply separately and add to taste.
