Perhaps the hardest part for many people is to conduct a regular diary of their own power. Among other things, this diary will allow you to discipline yourself, which is very important for the health of the whole organism. Understanding how many calories you have consumed today will help to make the right conclusions, and, if necessary, adjust your diet in the right direction.
Of course, not everyone will have enough power to completely eliminate from the diet of harmful products, such as the ubiquitous fast food. But, nevertheless, try to minimize the consumption of so-called fast carbohydrates. White bread, pasta and sweet pastries, popcorn and all sorts of chips are best forgotten as a nightmare - tasty, but it is very harmful.
Protein-rich foods - the best building blocks for a strong, muscular body. There are all the necessary amino acids for the growth of muscles. Indulge in meat, poultry and fish. No need to fanatically indulge in carbohydrates in favor of protein: a balanced diet should contain something, and more.
