Design and interior townhouse in Sydney
• Design and interior townhouse in Sydney
The design firm Luigi Rosselli Architects decided to support the efforts of people and designers of Sydney (Australia) to return former popularity terraced house.
This townhouse perfectly demonstrates the benefits of this type of housing, clearly showing that even on a small plot of land, you can design a house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, guest studio, garage, study, dressing room, laundry room, living area, combined with the dining room and kitchen, not forgetting and two patios where you can relax in the fresh air.
Taking the principle Raumplan plan submitted by architect Adolf Loos, Luigi Rosselli Architects team linked together all the rooms in the house, like in Tetris blocks. There is no clear division into floors, there are a few levels to help build a more harmoniously fit into the slope and cut staircases. So, in front of the house got three floors and part of the back yard there are only two. Interesting elements in the interior is the staircase, decorated with netting. The front of the townhouses attracts a nice balcony resembling Juliet balcony. Bougainvillea blossoms under it. Backyard growing olive trees and has a wood-burning fireplace - an ideal place for barbecue.
