The last indigenous peoples of the world
• The last indigenous peoples of the world
Digital technology is so penetrated into daily life that seems to have left such a sphere or a place where they would not be involved. However, to some parts of the world total urbanization is not yet reached. Residents of these places do not freeze in anticipation of the new iPhone, do not watch the news feeds in social networks, and their way of life is no different from the one held by their ancestors hundreds of years ago.
Such peoples, and nations around the world decided to tell the photographer Jimmy Nelson. For three years, he has traveled to five continents to capture the unique culture and customs of the nations, in whose life has not yet invaded civilization. Within the framework of the project "before they disappear" photographer took portraits of tribes and peoples who are on the verge of extinction.
