5 g carnation

Preparation:
Buckthorn boil in boiling water for 15 minutes. As soon as the foam, remove the pan from the heat. Carefully strain the broth and wait until it cools down a little.

Tea masala

You will need:
2 cups milk
1 cup water
15 g of black leaf tea
10 green cardamom pods
1 pod of black cardamom
3 clove buds
3 peas of black pepper
1-2 cm ginger
a pinch of grated nutmeg
1 h. L. ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Prepare a mixture for tea masala. Ginger peel and grate. Cardamom break, clean the seeds. Cloves and allspice crush. Grind nutmeg grater. In a mortar put all the spices (except ginger) and grind to a powder.
Boil the milk with water. Pour the spices, ginger and cook over low heat. Add sugar to taste and stir well.
Add loose tea. Once again brought to the boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and give a little brew under the lid.
Irish Coffee

You will need:
80 ml of black coffee
40 ml of whiskey
1 h. L. brown sugar
30 ml of whipped cream
Preparation:

Cranberry-orange punch

You will need:
250 ml of cranberry juice
250 ml of orange juice
75 ml of water
1 h. L. ground ginger
1 h. L. ground cinnamon
1/4 h. L. ground nutmeg
sugar to taste
citrus slices to feed
Preparation:
In a saucepan, combine cranberry and orange juices. Add the water, sugar and spices. Stir and warm, not boiling, for 5-10 minutes. Sugar should dissolve completely. Remove the pan from the heat. Pour into warmed jug of punch. Garnish with slices of lemon and orange. Serve hot toddy.
Winter coffee with spices

You will need:
1 shot of espresso
50 ml of milk
10 g of dark chocolate
1 h. L. honey
ground ginger, cardamom
cocoa powder for decoration
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a cup of honey in a water bath, add spices. Pour the espresso and stir. Beat in the milk foam and carefully pour in a cup of drink. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Strawberry Tea

You will need:
5 g of mint
20 g of honey
5 g of sugar
150 g of frozen strawberries
360 ml of boiling water
Preparation:
Scald the teapot with boiling water, fold it in mint, honey, sugar, strawberries, pour boiling water into it, mix gently.
Spicy apple drink

You will need:
1, 5, Art. l. grated orange zest
4 clove buds
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cups of apple juice
Preparation:
Tightly tie a piece of gauze in the orange zest, cloves and cinnamon sticks, put in a saucepan. Pour apple juice, cover and bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for about 5 minutes. Discard gauze bag with spices and serve with stick of cinnamon and lemon.
Cocoa Cinnamon marshmallow

You will need:
6 tablespoons. l. Cocoa powder
2 cups water
sugar to taste
2 cups milk
1/2 h. L. ground cinnamon
3 cardamom grains marshmallow
Preparation:
Boil separately water and milk with cardamom. Cocoa powder combine with sugar, add 4 tbsp. l. of boiling water and mix well. The resulting mass pour a thin stream of the remaining hot water and hot milk mix. Put mixture on fire and bring to boil. When serving pour a cup of cocoa and sprinkle with cinnamon, add some marshmallows.
Wine brulee

You will need:
250 ml of red wine
cinnamon sticks
30 g sugar
5 clove bud
1/2 orange peel
1/2 lemon peel
1/2 apple
ground nutmeg
cinnamon
Preparation:
In orange and lemon zest, finely cut. In apple cored and cut it into thin slices.
In a saucepan put the sugar, zest, cinnamon, cloves, a pinch of nutmeg and apple. Pour the wine, mix well and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Put a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Carefully burn the surface of the wine and allow to evaporate alcohol. When the fire goes out, keep the wine for a few minutes and then passed through a sieve. Serve hot.
