In London, Buckingham Palace opened Summer Exhibition Royal Childhood, which is celebrated on royal childhood toys and family gifts, belonging to the royal children until they grow up ..

Covering more than 250 years, the exhibition brings together items from the Royal Collection, the Royal Archives and private collections of the royal family, as well as the early photographs and short films.

"Royal Childhood" is part of the summer open state rooms at Buckingham Palace on 26 July 2014 to 28 September 2014.
